What type of treatment does SBH offer for anxiety?

Our staff offer individual cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety. The course of individual therapy will vary based upon each client’s needs, but most of the time there is a focus on improving relaxation strategies and gradually learning to cope with fears in small steps to regain a sense control. Clients are often given “assignments” to perform between sessions and encouraged to keep a written record of their progress.
